Week #20!!

How far along? 20 weeks! If I go full term and I pray I do, then I'm half way done! Woot!!!

Total weight gain/loss: I will know tomorrow at my midwife appointment. Yikes! lol

Maternity clothes? Oh yes. YES YES YES. I'm in my husbands shirts for p.j.'s now. lol

Stretch marks? Not yet. but my stomach feels super tight and just awful. I keep it lotioned up to keep elasticity but who know. :)

Best moment this week:  BABY SHOPPING. We got a tons more things.

Miss anything: Being comfortable. I'm been having a lot of nerve pain and just downright sore and miserable. lol. It's hard to walk and sleep....

Movement: OMG yes. Very much so.This was the first week I felt him from the outside. He kicked my hand but I've only been able to do it once.

Food cravings: MEAT. Steak! all I want is steak, potatoes, and veggies! Oh and soda.. and I'm not a soda drinker at all..

Anything making you queasy or sicknope!

Have you started to show yet: YES.

Gender: BOY! Boy! BOYY!

Labor Signs: No, no, no!

Belly Button in or out? still in. lol.

Wedding rings on or off? On! but only in public. I hate wearing jewelry in general. And my hands and feet at actually swollen right now.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Annoyed. Jared refuses to pick up some slack since I'm having trouble moving.

Looking forward toTomorrow! My big mid-appointment. I get another in depth ultrasound. I'm excited for it but I hate getting the ultrasounds because they make me cramp and feel sick. I get it recorded though!

your baby's the size of a banana!
"Baby weighs about 10.2 ounces and measures about 6.5 inches. She's still got a lot of growing to do though. Can you believe you're halfway done?

Congrats! You almost reached the halfway point. Making it to 20 weeks probably feels pretty darn good. After all, your energy’s high and as long as your partner is up for it, things are probably happening between the sheets. Of course, it wouldn't be pregnancy if you weren't experiencing some annoying symptoms. Right now, it’s likely swelling, heartburn and leg cramps, but all of that probably feels insignificant now that you've got ultrasound photos of your rapidly developing baby. How cute is that nose? If you found out baby’s sex, you’re in a completely new mindset, are we right? Now, those baby names you’re throwing out are more likely to end up as baby’s, and when you find yourself in a baby store, those little blue or pink outfits aren't just adorable, they’re must-haves. And since now you can add clothes and other boyish or girlish things to your wish list, week 20 is the time you probably want to start putting together your baby registry too. Happy shopping!" - thebump.com

Energy high? Whats that? HAHA -  Already know the gender and name. :)

your baby at 20 weeks
  • She's got working taste buds.
  • Now, she's gulping down several ounces of amniotic fluid each day -- that's significantly more than before.
